The parison P held to the gap between the cavity surface 22 of a male mold 18R and the cavity surface 23 of a female mold 18L to be welded and bonded when both molds are clamped is smaller than a value wherein the wall thickness is merely added at a recessed surface part and larger than that value at a protruding surface part in contrast with the recessed surface part.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a hollow resin form forming mold, the rigidity of which is ensured even when a large number of connecting holes are bored in a hollow resin form by a method wherein pressing slide cores, which are provided inwards the projecting edge parts at the peripheral sides of a female mold and move forwards and backwards in the direction intersecting the back and forth direction of the mold, are arranged. CONSTITUTION: A female mold 18L has a vertical smooth surface. Along the peripheral sides of the mold, projecting edge parts 22 are provided so as to surround the smooth surface. In the projecting edge parts 22, a plurality of hydraulic cylinders 26, each of which moves a pressing side core forwards and backwards in the direction normal to the back and forth direction of the mold, are provided sporadically. On the other hand, on a male mold 18R, a plurality of projected parts 29 are provided so as to have the recessed shape on the rear surface of a hollow resin form. Side wall members 40 are provided so as to surround a plurality of the projected parts 29. Further, in the side wall members 40 gaps 40a are provided so as to pinch parison between the projected parts 29 when the pressing slide cores 24 are advanced to their full strokes.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a hollow molded product holding squareness produce no gap or inclination between adjacent panels at the time of connection use by providing the upper and lower side wall members positioned in the axial direction of a parison between a closed position almost right-angled to a bottom surface member and a truncated chevron-shaped open position. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower side wall members 10a, 10b of a female mold 8b are opened in a truncated chevron shape. Subsequently, a molten parison P is suspended from a die 2 and pinched at the lower part thereof to be continuously suspended to the gap between mutually separated male and female molds 8a, 8b. Low pressure air is blown into the parison from a preblow pin 18 to be preparatorily inflated while the parison is held between the upper and lower side wall members 10a, 10b. At the same time, the upper and lower side wall members of the female mold are closed while the male and female molds are allowed to gradually approach the parison and the parison is allowed to follow the cavity formed by the male and female molds between the fixed side wall members on the lateral side of the parison while the side wall members on the side of the parison are gradually advanced.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a blow molding having good surface properties by forming a temp. controlling medium passage to the interior of a mold matrix composed of material quality low in heat capacity and providing longitudinal and lateral groove parts on the surface of a mold cavity or providing fine holes on the entire surface of the mold cavity and bonding a heat-resistant resin film having specific fine holes to the surface of the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of drilled holes are provided or a copper pipe is cast in the vicinity of the cavity 12 in a mold main body 14 composed of material quality low in heat capacity, for example, an aluminum cast product along the surface of the cavity 12 to form a temp. controlling medium passage 19 so as to meander along the surface of the cavity 12. Further, crosswise grooves 16 are provided to the surfaces of the cavities 12R, 12L of mold main bodies 14R, 14L and a heat-resistant resin film 18 (18R, 18L) is bonded to the surface of the cavity 12. Fine holes with a diameter of 1mm or less, pref., about 0.05-0.3mm are formed to the heat-resistant film 18 in density of 1/cm or more.

    • PURPOSE:To make the wall thickness of a blow molding constant by advancing a tack-off core while preliminarily expanding the parison suspended from a die during the mold clamping operation of female and male molds to perform molding. CONSTITUTION:In a blow molding machine 1, both molds 8a, 8b are set to an opened state and a parison P having a circular cross section is suspended to be stopped and the mold clamping cylinder attached to the outside of the left and right molds 8a, 8b is operated to perform mold clamping. The tack-off core 12 having retreated in the direction of the female mold 8b is allowed to quietly advance simultaneously with mold clamping. Further, the tack-off core 12 is allowed to advance during mold cramping operation while the parison is preliminarily expanded by introducing pre-blow air into the parison. By this constitution, the parison P follows the surface of a cavity accompanied by mold clamping and, even when the introduction of blow air and the cooling of the mold 8 are performed in this state, the parison is not locally reduced in wall thickness and a molding 10 with definite wall thickness can be obtained.
