摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heating a waste television or a waste Braun tube by which the Braun tube is taken out or the waste television and a panel glass and a funnel glass can be surely separated. SOLUTION: In this method for heating the television, combustibles are separated from the Braun tube 1 while keeping a shape of the television 2 and a heat treatment is executed at a temp. where only an adhering glass of the Braun tube melts and a pannel part 3 and a funnel part 4 of the Braun tube are separated in a state where the adhering glass 5 is melted. In this processing method of the television, the front surface of the pannel part of the Braun tube is positioned upward or downward, is mounted on a supporting tool and can be subjected to a heat treatment at 450 to 900 deg.C. Then, external force in a horizontal direction is applied to the funnel part 4 to separate the pannel part 3 and the funnel part 4 of the Braun tube 1. When the front surface of the panel part thereof is mounted downward on the supporting tool, broken parts are dropped on a masking metallic material and the panel glass and the funnel glass can be separated by removing the masking metallic material.

After the plastics are softened or melted to drop from components other than plastic in the composite material waste 141 into a hopper 107 through a screen 133, the dropped plastics are accommodated in a receiver for the plastics, and are processed to make fuel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating waste composite material in which volatile gas such as fluorocarbon is not dissipated in the air, explosion by generated gas is prevented, and also metals can be recovered without being oxidized. SOLUTION: Combustible containing waste composite material 14 is crushed by a crusher 1 without releasing volatile gas in the air, and also metals are recovered from the crushed composite material almost without being oxidized. In this treating method, the crushed composite material 14 is fed into a rotary kiln type gasfication furnace 2 provided with a low oxygen burner 10 to gasify combustibles in the crushed composite material 14, and also while a part of the generated gas is always burned in the gasification furnace 2, temperature is kept at 1,000 deg.C or lower at an outlet of the gasification furnace 2. Next, in a gas combustion furnace 3 connected to the gasification furnace 2, combustible gas from the gasification furnace 2 is burned at 1,000 deg.C or higher using gas containing volatile gas from the crusher 1 as combustion air. The combustion air for the gas combustion furnace 3 is preferably a part 18 of air 16 subjected to dust collecting treatment by a cyclone 5 and a filter 6 and recycled in a crusher 1.

The crusher also optionally enables the switching of positions in which the cutting unit 4 and the holder 2 are set respectively so that the work 11 is rotated. On the cutting unit 4, large and small cutting blades are arranged at random in radial or spiral shape.

SOLUTION: In a method for the disintegrating treatment of waste containing a copper part comprising tough pitch copper, tough pitch copper in waste is subjected to embrittlement treatment to facilitate the disintegration treatment of waste. The embrittlement treatment is performed in a high temp. environment in the presence of hydrogen and fluorine and, concretely, a hydrocarbon bond- containing compd. and a fluorine atom-containing compd. are allowed to be present in the waste and this waste is heated at 500-1050 deg.C in an oxygen-free or low oxygen atmosphere to embrittle tough pitch copper in the waste to facilitate the disintegration of the waste. That is, the waste is a waste motor and a copper wire can be separated by cutting an embrittled copper wire.

The sepn. treatment of the funnel 4 is executed without taking the cathode ray tube out of the television and the television may be heated in the state of oxygen deficiency in the intrinsic form of the television. In addition, the execution of the heating by using the combustion heat of the combustibles of the scrapped televisions is possible as well.
