    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double resin injection molding method which can mold a regulator case 1 for an alternator as a secondary molding by fixing a primary molding 3 surely to the inside of a mold without using a presser pin by using a molten resin packing pressure efficiently.
      SOLUTION: When the primary molding 3 is contacted with the molding wall parts 4b and 4c of a fixed mold 4 and a movable mold 5 in a plurality of spots to be positioned, and the molten resin is packed in a cavity W from a gate 11, the arrangement of the gate 11 is set so that the contact state of the primary molding 3 in relation to the molding wall parts 4b and 4c of the fixed mold 4 and the movable mold 5 is held by the molten resin packing pressure applied to the inside of the cavity W. Since the primary molding 3 is held by being contacted with the molding wall parts 4b and 4c of the fixed mold 4 and the movable mold 5, the regulator case 1 for the alternator can be molded by fixing the primary molding 3 surely to the inside of the cavity W without using the presser pin.

Fuel flowing into the lower space from the fuel passage does not directly impinge on the level switch, or fuel impinging on the level switch is reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of preventing any excessive temperature rise of fuel to be supplied to a fuel supply pump.SOLUTION: A fuel supply device has a recirculation valve 10 including a first valve 15 for opening/closing a recirculation flow path 9 in reaction to the tank fuel temperature, and a second valve 16 for opening/closing the recirculation flow path 9 in reaction to the fuel pressure state related to clogging of a filter 7 on the upstream side of the first valve 15. The recirculation valve 10 has a structure of closing the recirculation flow path 9 by the second valve 16 when the clogging of the filter 7 is eliminated. Thus, different from a conventional structure in which the valve is continuously opened until the tank fuel temperature reaches the wax-melting temperature though the clogging of the filter 7 is eliminated, the temperature of the fuel to be introduced in an inlet of the filter 7 is not excessively raised. Accordingly, any excessive temperature rise of the fuel to be supplied to a fuel supply pump 4 via the filter 7 can be prevented.
