    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element assembly and a fuel filter device in which both of a dirty side region and a clean side region are arranged on one edge side of an axial flow type filtration body.SOLUTION: A fuel filter device 1 provides a clean side region 10a2 for fuel after passing through a filtration body 22 and a dirty side region 10a1 for fuel before passing through the filtration body 22. A filter member 20 is disposed so as to cover one edge of the filtration body 22 with the filter member 20 and, thereby, partition members 211, 214 which partition the clean side region 10a2 from the dirty side region 10a1 from each other on one edge of the filtration body 22 are provided. A filter element assembly 20 is provided with penetration path formation members 215, 213 for forming penetration paths 215a, 213a which communicate the dirty side region with the other edge of the filtration body 22. Such members contain a central tubular body 213. On one edge of the filtration body 22, the clean side region 10a2 is formed on the center part and the dirty region 10a1 is formed on the outer side in the radial direction.
