    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure appropriate superpose-displaying, prevention of leakage of UV, and uniformity of a film thickness of the fluorescent material, in a transparent EL display apparatus through which a superposed object on a rear side of a transparent EL device is viewable, and which is capable of multicolor displaying based on light from a fluorescent material originated from a UV irradiation member and light of a transparent EL device.
SOLUTION: A UV irradiation member 50 is disposed outside imaginary lines L stretching between ends of a display area 12 of a transparent EL device 10 and ends of a superposed object 30 on a side opposite to a viewer's P-side of the transparent EL device 10. With the transparent EL device 10 being disposed on a rear surface 11b of a display glass 11, a transparent UV-transmissive cover glass 22 is aligned with and bonded to the rear surface via a transparent adhesive 21 so as to cover a display area 12. A fluorescent material and spacer particles 21a are dispersed into the adhesive 21. The display glass 11 is UV-opaque glass and configured to have a size covering an entire area of an irradiation range of UV 51 from the UV irradiation member 50.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which has a transparent indicator and a glass sheet capable of being well bonded with each other, wherein an adhesive does not hinder visibility of wiring electrodes.
SOLUTION: The pinball game machine has a whole side surface of an EL Display 10 bonded to a glass sheet 04 with a transparent adhesive 15, and the first electrode 12 and the second electrode 16 of the EL Display 10 are electrically conductively connected to a transparent wiring electrode 20 arranged on the surface of the glass sheet 04. And, in a whole area of a member in which the wiring electrode 20 is not formed out of bounds of an effective display area of the EL Display 10, a transparent dummy electrode 21 is arranged. Thereby, the EL Display 10, the adhesive 15, the wiring electrode 20 and the dummy electrode 21 do not hinder visibility and the arrangement of the dummy electrode 21 mostly unifies an overall transmittance of the glass sheet 04, and players have no incongruousness.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor capable of restraining a sealing member from adhering to a sensing part.SOLUTION: In a physical quantity sensor, damming means 37a and 37b making up a level difference is formed at a portion positioned between a sensing part 32 and pads 33 in a protection film 34, and a surface thereof of a first region 34a positioned on the side of the sensing part 32 is separated from a surface thereof of a second region 34b positioned on the side of the pads 33 by the damming means 37a and 37b. Consequently, when a sealing member 50 spreads over the surface of the second region 34b, the sealing member 50 is held back by the damming means 37a and 37b. Accordingly, the sealing member 50 can be restrained from spreading over the surface of the first region 34a, and the sealing member 50 can be restrained from adhering to the sensing part 32.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor capable of reducing a variation in a resistance value of a wiring part to temperature.SOLUTION: In a wiring part 14, a resistance value of a first region 14a covered with a protection member 50 is set to be smaller than a resistance value of a second region 14b exposed from the protection member 50. Accordingly, when thermal stress due to a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between a sensor chip 10 and the protection member 50 is caused and the thermal stress is applied to the first region 14a covered with the protection member 50, a variation in resistance value can be reduced in comparison with a case where the resistance value of the first region 14a is equal to the resistance value of the second region 14b. Therefore, the variation in the resistance value of a whole wiring part 14 can be reduced.
