SOLUTION: The material for the instrument panel uses a polypropylene-based composition consisting of: (A) 60-80 mass% of polypropylene-based resin containing 3-15 mass% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer having 30-55 mass% of ethylene with intrinsic viscosity IV(in tetralin at 135°C) of 5.1-10 dL/g and 5-25 mass% of ethylene-butene copolymer having 60-80 mass% of ethylene with intrinsic viscosity IV(in tetralin at 135°C) of 2.0-5.0 dL/g; (B) 0-10 mass% of ethylene-based copolymer rubber; and (C)10-30 mass% of talc; and (D) 0.01-1.0 mass part of a rosin type nucleating agent for 100 mass parts of the above composition.

SOLUTION: A ceiling material 1 having a substrate 2 comprising a PS-modified PPE resin and a skin material 3 adhered to the substrate 2 is immersed in a mixture liquid 7 in which an organic solvent is contained in an excessive volume based on the volume of limonene, thus separating the substrate 2 from the skin material 3. Then, the substrate 2 is washed with an organic solvent, subjected to a centrifugally liquid-removing treatment, dried, repelletized, and then reused as a recycling material by a foaming extrusion molding method. The skin material 3 is also washed with an organic solvent, subjected to a centrifugally liquid-removing treatment, fibrillated, melt-spun and then felted to reuse as a recycling material.
