At the peripheral edge of a reverse 2A of the outer panel 2, a wall-like part 6 is formed projecting therefrom. Inside the wall-like part 6 on the reverse 2A of the outer panel 2, adhesive 8 is provided. The inner panel 3 is disposed in the state that its peripheral edge 9 sticks into the adhesive 8, and the peripheral end face of the inner panel 3 is buried in the adhesive 8.
