    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve separating capacity to separate lubricating oil and fluid by setting the volume of a delivery chamber of a compressor not more than the theoretical delivery volume of a compression mechanism. SOLUTION: A compression mechanism 110 sucks in/compresses a refrigerant by expanding/reducing the volume of an actuating chamber VC constituted by meshing spiral tooth parts 111a and 112a respectively formed in a fixed scroll 111 and a turning scroll 112, and delivers the refrigerant from a delivery port 112b formed in an end plate part 112a. The volume VM of a delivery chamber 120 is set so as to become the theoretical delivery volume VR or less of the compression mechanism 110, and is desirably set to 90% to 70% of the theoretical delivery volume VR. Thereby, the refrigerant is restrained from suddenly expanding and reducing by the delivery chamber 120, and since speed reduction in the refrigerant in the delivery chamber 120 can be restrained, reduction in an inflow speed of the refrigerant to a separating chamber 141 (a separator 140) can be prevented. Therefore, separating capacity of lubricating oil and the refrigerant is improved, and size reduction in a compressor can be attained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of assembling process, change only a plate and prevent abnormal sound and abrasion by pressing pins of a specified number which are projected to the rear surface of a front housing or the front surface of a movable side plate in short width parts of slots of a specified number which are passed through the plate and extend in the orthogonally crossing direction with each other. SOLUTION: Two slots 30a, 30b which are located by holding a shaft center by the slots 30a, 30b each other are passed through a ring-shaped plate 30. The slot 30a extends in the shaft center direction and the slot 30b extends in the direction which is orthogonally crossed with the long hole 30a. Two pins 1a, 1b which are solid and have complete round in cross section are pressed in the rear surface of a front housing 1 by being axially projected to a location where the shaft center is held by the pins 1a, 1b each other. By pressing the pins 1a, 1b of the front housing 1 in the short width parts of the slots 30a, 30b of the plate 30, the plate 30 is fixed to the front housing 1. Pitch tolerance between the pins 1a, 1b is absorbed by the slot 30a and inclination tolerance of the pins 1a, 1b is absorbed by the slot 30b.
