Further, the hook metallic tool 15a is fitted to the central part of a hook bolt having a locking part 16 at the tip part so that a hook support can beforehand be adjusted to the pushing force with the nut through a spring from the rear part and also, the lever is fitted by using a prescribed position of the hook support as one supporting point and a prescribed position of the base as the other supporting point so that each supporting point can be rotated.
