摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll type compressor displaying high reliability while ensuring the lubrication of a bearing device or the like and high refrigerating capacity. SOLUTION: In a housing comprising a shell 1, a front housing 2 and a back housing 4, an oil separation chamber 19 for separating a lubricating oil from a coolant gas after the compression, and an oil storing chamber 18 communicated with the oil separation chamber 19 for storing the lubricating oil, are mounted. The oil storing chamber 18 is communicated with a sliding part of a fixed spiral part 1b and a movable side plate 12c by an oil supply hole or the like formed on a gasket 33 and a oil supply hole 1h formed on the shell 1. A spot facing 1i for enlarging an opening area, is formed around an opening at a fixed spiral part 1b side of the oil supply hole 1h.

Further, the other part 34 is formed by an aluminium-silicon base alloy of hypo-eutectic composition excellent in cutting workability. As an aluminium silicon base alloy of hyper-eutectic composition, it is preferable that the percentage content of silicon is 14-30wt.%, and as an aluminium-silicon base alloy of hypo-eutectic composition, it is preferable that the percentage content of silicon is 4-12wt.%.

CONSTITUTION:A shaft 4 is supported by the use of one double row fixing type bearing in which balls 39 are arranged in double rows. Hereby, it is not necessary to provide a bearing on the boss part 22 side, and the diameter of the boss part 22 can be reduced. An oil receiving groove 34 equivalent to a dam is formed on the inner circumferential face of a front housing 1. Hereby, lubricating oil can be dammed up without using a part such as a dam. Further a main bearing 5 is engaged with the shaft 4 through a stop ring 41. Hence, the shaft 4 and the main bearing 5 can be simultaneously drawn out from a second housing, so as to improve the efficiency of a maintenance work.

The second film layer 34 made by nickel- phosphorus plating is formed on the portion of the substrate 18a where the scroll section 18b is provided and the portion of the scroll section 18b. The tin forming the first film layer 3 has a solid lubricating action, and it is a material extremely excellent in lubricity. Copper of 1-4wt.% is contained in the tin plate, the adhesiveness of tin plating to the moving scroll member 18 is improved, and the abrasion resistance is improved.

Effective receiving surfaces 37b are formed on both sides of the arcuate inner surface of the recession 37 for effectively receiving autorotation of the movable scroll member 28 through engagement with the engagement body 38.
