    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hologram film attached metallic can and a method of manufacturing the same that can be easily applied to a manufacturing process, enables highly flexible printing and can improve appearance decoration performance.SOLUTION: In a hologram film attached metallic can, a resin film 2 to which printing is applied is adhered to an outer face of a can body 1 via a resin-based adhesive 4, and a printing layer 3 including a color ink 3a containing a color pigment and a mirror ink 3b containing a metal evaporating peeling piece is formed between the resin-based adhesive 4 and the resin film 2. A relief-type hologram constituted of extremely-minute irregularities is formed on a surface on the can body 1 side of the resin film 2, and printing by the color ink 3a and the mirror ink 3b is applied to a hologram formation face 2a. The color ink 3a is filled in the extremely-minute irregularities and the mirror ink 3b is not filled in the extremely-minute irregularities and forms the printing layer 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a printed film bonded can body, which contributes to improvement in printing efficiency and reduction in production cost, and is free from an inconvenience when heated.
      SOLUTION: The method of producing the printed film bonded can body has a substrate treatment step, a printing step, a film bonding step, and an ultraviolet irradiation step. In the substrate treatment step, a substrate layer 11 is formed on a surface other than one surface of a thermoplastic resin film 2, on which a clear coat layer is formed. In the printing step, a print layer 12 in a tentatively cured state is formed on a surface of the substrate layer by ejecting ultraviolet curing ink from an ink-jet printer to stick the ink to the surface of the substrate layer, and an adhesive is applied to the print layer, followed by heating and drying the print layer, thereby forming the printed film. In the film bonding step, the printed film is bonded on a can body section of the heated cylindrical can body 1. In the ultraviolet irradiation step, after bonding of the printed film on the can body section, ultraviolet rays are applied to the printed film to permanently cure the ultraviolet curing ink.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the content resistance of the protective film on the inner surface side of a can and the deterioration of production efficiency caused by such a phenomenon that a can body becomes hard to detach from a mandrel. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the film bonded can body is constituted so as to bond a film 20 to the outer surface of the body of the heated can body 1A, of which both inner and outer surfaces are covered with protective films 12 and 13 comprising a thermoplastic resin through an adhesive layer 24. As the protective film 12 on the inner surface side of the can, a film comprising a thermoplastic resin with a stickiness start temperature of 170 deg.C or higher is used and, as the adhesive layer 24 of the film 20, the thermoplastic resin of the protective film 13 on the outer surface side of the can and a resin thermally adhesive at 100-160 deg.C are used. When the film 20 is bonded to the outer surface of the body part of the can body 1A, the temperature of the outer surface of the body of the can body 1A is set to 100-160 deg.C, and the can body 1A after the film 20 is bonded is subjected to post heat treatment at a heating temperature not less than the activation temperature of the adhesive layer 24 of the film 20.

SOLUTION: An impression drum roller 9 is rotated so that its peripheral speed is faster than the running speed of a beltlike film (beltlike material) 1, and one of negative pressure holes 12 provided in the outer circumferential surface of the impression drum roller 9 sucks a top end of the belt-like film 1, whereby the beltlike film 1 is stuck on the impression drum roller 9. Then, the film 1 slid in a direction reverse to the rotary direction of the impression drum roller 9 while making the film 1 to be electrostatically attracted to the impression drum roller 9 by charging the film 1 stuck on the impression drum roller 9 by an electrode needle, and the belt-like film 1 is taken out of the negative pressure hole 12. Thereafter, the belt-like film 1 is cut, and the resulting belt-like sheet (label) 5 is stuck on a can body 8 with the aid of the impression drum roller 9 and a rotary body 32.
