    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance working efficiency and to maintain a hologram formed on a hologram forming layer in a bright state for a long period of time by using arbitrary material in a liquid, semi-solid or solid form as a UV or electron beam curing resin which constitutes the hologram forming layer, eliminating the restriction on material selection and forming the hologram forming layer as a layer having no tacky adhesiveness and having the solid form and moldability in the stage for bringing a hologram original plate and the hologram forming layer into pressurized contact. SOLUTION: The UV or electron beam curing resin layer, which is disposed as the hologram forming layer on the surface of a base material and has a UV or electron beam curing functional group concentration of 1 to 10 mol/kg, is irradiated with UV rays or electron beam in such a manner that reactivity attains 20 to 10% and, thereafter, the hologram original plate formed with the relief type hologram is brought into pressurized contact therewith. As a result, the ruggedness of the relief type hologram is formed on the surface of the irradiated UV or electron beam curing resin layer and, thereafter, the resin layer is further irradiated with the UV rays or the electron beams, by which the UV or electron beam curing resin layer is cured to the reactivity of >=80%.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a design having high bright and clear metallic luster to be given by adhering a resin film provided with at least a metallic deposition layer and printing ink layer as the main layer of a thermoplastic resin film in a manner allowing the metallic deposition layer to be placed near the metallic surface of a can main body. SOLUTION: When a printed resin film 16 is stuck on the metallic surface of a can drum 2, and characters and patterns give to the can drum 2 are made into a design that makes use of metallic luster color, the printed resin film 6 is formed by setting, in order from the side of a surface treatment steel plate 5, an adhesive layer 18, a thermoplastic resin film 17, an anchor coat layer 16, a metallic deposition layer 15, an adhesive layer 14, a printing ink layer 13, a transparent thermoplastic resin film layer 12, and a lubricant-containing top coat layer 11. Namely, such a printed resin film 6 is manufactured by laminating via the adhesive layer 14 a thermoplastic resin film 7 having the printing ink layer 13 and a thermoplastic resin film 8 having the metallic deposition layer 15.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the diversification of hologram patterns to be applied to a can main body simply and economically without losing a deep decorative effect due to the superposition of a hologram on printed layers, while securing the slippery performance of the can main body and preventing stains and flaws from occurring on the surface of the can main body in a can manufacturing process or in a canning manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This can main body 1 is stuck with a printed film 3 made of resin, which is formed by applying printed layers 5 to one of faces of a transparent thermoplastic resin film 4 forming a main layer, in such a manner that the film 3 is stuck on the outer circumferential face of a can body metal plate 2 of the can main body 1 with the aid of a bonding layer 6 applied to the printed layers 5 so as to cover them. In the can main body 1 of this type, a relief type hologram 3a having extra fine protrusions and recesses is formed on the surface of the resin film 3, which is opposite to the side of the can body metal plate 2, and the hologram forming face 3a is partly covered with top coat layers 8 of a transparent hardening resin containing a slip agent.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the design of a decoration made on the outer surface of a can trunk through a new visual effect.
      SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin film is glued on the outer surface of the trunk of a metal can via a resin adhesive. Between the resin adhesive layer and the thermoplastic resin film, pearl ink made of a resin composition containing a peal pigment and print ink made of a resin composition containing a colored pigment are printed to form a decorative layer on the can trunk. The pearl ink is made by coating a flake with silicon dioxide, which is further coated with iron oxide, or by coating the flake with titanium oxide, or by coating the flake with titanium oxide, which is further coated with iron oxide. The can trunk is subjected to either of an expand process, emboss process, bead process, or bulge process.
