    • PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent heat resistance, weather ability and hardness, comprising an unsaturated epoxy ester resin prepared by a specific method, an ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing vinyl compound and a photosensitizer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) 5-95 pts.wt. unsaturated epoxy ester resin prepared by reacting (i) a compound containing both a vinyl group and an epoxy group with (ii) at least one selected from a polybasic acid anhydride, a polybasic acid, a terminal acid-containing polymer and a carboxylic acid-containing polymer and (iii) an active hydrogen-containing compound to give a vinyl group-containing resin, epoxidizing the resin and reacting the epoxy resin with an unsaturated monocarboxylic acid in the presence of a reaction catalyst and optionally a polymerization inhibitor, a solvent or a polymerizable monomer under heating, (B) 95-5 pts.wt. ethylenically unsaturated bond- containing vinyl compound and (C) 0-10 pts.wt. photosensitizer. In order to epoxidize the vinyl group-containing resin prepared by reacting the components (i) to (iii), peracetic acid is preferably used.

    • PURPOSE:To form easily a flow with a uniform distribution of velocity, by installing a distribution plate which causes a large pressure loss in a fluid passage to eliminate the presence of dead zone when fluids are diffused from a fluid inlet into a passage having a larger sectional area. CONSTITUTION:A distribution plate 2 is disposed in a fluid passage in a diffuser 1 so that the pressure drop caused by the fluid when it passes through the distribution plate 2 is much larger than that caused by the fluid when it flows radially outwardly through the space 3 between the plate 2 and a fluid inlet 5. The distribution plate 2 is made of porous plate of sintered metal etc., having pores with a diameter of 3-7mum, while the depth of the space 3 is made 5mum-1cm to make the pressure loss within the space 3 sufficiently small. As a result, on both sides of the distribution plate 2, no change in concentration of the fluid occurs and the fluid does not separate from said plate, causing a good piston flow of the fluid thereafter.
