摘要： PURPOSE:To readily produce a paper tape containing hardly slit fiber from base paper for the paper tape containing the hardly slit fiber. CONSTITUTION:This base paper for tape paper containing hardly slit fiber is obtained by dispersing 80 pts. p-aramid fiber which is the hardly slit fiber (Kevlar 29(R) manufactured by E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co.), 20 pts. m-aramid fibrid (Apyeil Fibrid(R) manufactured by Unitika, Ltd.) and 0.5 pt. solid content of a polyamide epoxy-based wet strengthening agent in small amounts of a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and water, providing a slurry, forming paper therefrom in a cylinder paper machine, applying many fluids at a regular interval to the formed wet web just before transferring the wet web from the cylinder to a wet felt, forming thin-wall parts at 5mm pitch parallel in the longitudinal direction and providing p-aramid paper having 100g/cm basis weight. This paper tape is prepared by further carrying out the heat treatment under pressure with a calender roll at 230 deg.C, slitting the resultant paper with a slitter of an upper blade and a receiving blade combined at 5mm interval so as to bring the blades into contact with the thin-wall parts. Although fluff is formed in the slit surfaces, the obtained paper tape has 3mm width and 0.9kg/tape width tensile strength.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a pressure-sensitive adhesive double-coated tape markedly reduced in the amount of rayon used and permitting reduction in cost and the prevention of environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This tape is composed of paper consisting essentially of a macerated coniferous pulp fiber, a coniferous kraft pulp fiber and strength improving components and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated on each of the surfaces of the paper and penetrated into the inside of the paper. The tape is produced by forming a mixed aqueous slurry by mixing a macerated coniferous pulp fiber with a coniferous kraft pulp fiber in a weight ratio of 5:1 to 1:5 and beating the mixture or by beating them and mixing the beaten fibers with each other, mixing the slurry with strength-improving components to prepare a paperstock slurry, making this slurry into paper, laminating a pressure- sensitive adhesive on each surface and penetrating the laminated adhesive into the inside of the paper layer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce the functional stock with desired function, while the sufficient strength of paper is obtained and soft feeling, hand and dyeing properties are kept by constituting the stock with the functional layer with which functional fiber is mixed and the reinforcing layer composed of organic stock. These materials have the function such as soft feeling, hand or dyeing properties proper to the organic fiber. The reinforcing layer has the basis weight of 5g/m or more and 15g/m or less. The functional layer 12 is nipped between a pair of reinforcing layers in the functional stock of three layer construction.
