A driving means 50 whose inside is divided into two chambers 51 and 52 at a volume ratio made changeable is installed between the gas-water separation container 2 and a drain discharge outlet 3 and the drain discharged out of the gas-liquid separation container 2 is discharged by repeating the steps of reciprocally sucking the drain to a first chamber 13 made changeable corresponding to the volume ratio of one chamber 51 between the chambers 51 and 52 to a second chamber 23 made changeable corresponding to the volume ratio of the other chamber 52 between the chambers 51 and 52 and reciprocally discharging the drain to the drain discharge outlet 3 from the second chamber 23 and the first chamber 13 and accordingly, the pressure fluctuation in the gas-water separation container 2 is suppressed at the time of discharging drain.
