      SOLUTION: An attachment 6 is provided with both a mounting part 6a to be mounted to a lower rail 3 and a first bolt part 6b raised in such a way that its axis may be extended in vertical directions from the mounting part 6a and inserted in first and second collars 31 and 32 on both sides of an inner-circumferential-side edge part of a strain part 16. Both a flange part 34a and a tubular second bolt part 34b raised in such a way that its axis may be extended in vertical directions from the flange part 34a and inserted in a mounting hole 2a of a foot bracket 2 are integrally formed in a second outer-circumferential-side holder 34 which holds an outer-circumferential-side edge part of the strain part 16 from both sides with an outer-circumferential-side holder 33. An inner-circumferential-side fixing nut 35 is fastened to the first bolt part 6b to hold the first and second collars 31 and 32, which hold the inner-circumferential-side edge part of the strain part 16 from both sides, from both sides with the mounting part 6a. A fixing nut 7 is fastened to the second bolt part 34b to hold the foot bracket 2 from both sides with the flange part 34a.

      SOLUTION: This device has a substrate 11, provided at least with two or more strain resistance elements 11c and a circuit part connected electrically to the strain resistance elements 11c, a first fixing member 21 for fixing on the center part of a region where the strain resistance elements 11c arranged on the substrate 11 are set as the outer peripheries, and a second fixing member 31 for fixing on the outer peripheral part of the strain resistance elements 11c arranged on the substrate 11. The first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 31 form the beam on the substrate 11 in this constitution; and since the first fixing member 21 and the second fixing member 31 are fixed integrally, deviations of the fixed positions will not occur at the time of impact application, and since the fixed length constituted as the beam will not change, thereby realize the stable strain detection device that will not generate fluctuations in the characteristics (sensitivity, zero-point voltage or the like).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized strain sensor having a small size in the width direction of an insulating substrate.
      SOLUTION: This sensor is equipped with: the insulating substrate comprising a rectangular elastic material provided with a pair of fixing holes on both end sides; four strain resistance elements provided on the upper surface of the insulating substrate and on the inside of the pair of fixing holes and constituting a bridge circuit; a processing circuit for processing an output signal from the four strain resistance elements; a GND electrode connected electrically to the strain resistance elements; a power supply communication electrode connected electrically to the processing circuit; a protection case provided so as to protect the processing circuit, the GND electrode and the power supply communication electrode; and a pressing member fixed to the insulating substrate, for displacing the insulating substrate in the vertical direction. The sensor has a constitution wherein the processing circuit 15, the GND electrode 17, the power supply communication electrode 16 and the protection case 18 are positioned and provided approximately on the center of the insulating substrate 11 and on the upper side thereof, and the pressing member 22 is positioned and provided approximately on the center of the insulating substrate 11 and on the under side thereof.
