    • PURPOSE:To make a contactless type displacement detector usable in a wide temperature range by driving a Hall element by a constant current, and constituting an input circuit to the Hall element of a potential dividing circuit formed of at least a thermosensitive resistor and a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A Hall element 3 is driven by a constant current and formed of a gallium arsenide base with an excellent temperature characteristic, and an input circuit is formed of a metal film resistor 1 and a thermosensitive resistor 10. The current to be applied to the element 3 is determined by the combined resistance value of the resistors 1, 10 and uninfluenced by the internal impedance of the element 3. The resistance of the resistor 10 changes according to the ambient temperature, and the effect V1 changes according to the ambient temperature. Even with the rise of ambient temperature, the sensitivity of the element 3 is lowered, and the resistor 10 works in such a way that the effect V1 becomes large before the output of the element 3 becomes low. A bias current to the element 3 therefore becomes large, and the output fluctuation of the element 3 is suppressed to a small quantity.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a highly accurate detection of the number of circuits or the like by arranging a magnetic flux condensing means comprising a conductive material in the perimeter of a magnetic sensor which detects a magnetic field generated by a magnetic field generating means to obtain an electrical signal large in amplitude with a higher density of a magnetic flux so that turbulence is hard to affect. CONSTITUTION:When a magnet 6 for detecting rotation is turned, a magnetic flux changes according to time of the rotation. But as two magnetic condensing members 10 comprising a conductive material contact earth at both ends thereof, eddy currents flow respectively through the members 10. The eddy currents work to keep a magnetic flux generated with the magnet 6 for detecting rotation entering into the magnetic flux condensing members 10. As a result, the magnetic flux is condensed between the flux condensing means 10 and hence, a magnetic sensor 7 can detect a flux density larger as compared with that with the absence of the magnetic flux condensing members 10 thereby enabling highly accurate detection of rotation.
