      SOLUTION: The outside handle device has a handle section 40, a handle frame 31 being fixed onto a door for a car and supporting the door, the first connector 10 installed to the handle section and the second connector 20 mounted on the car side. The first connector has a primary coil for the power supply and a car-side signal transmission section. The second connector is constituted so that it has a secondary coil for a power reception and a handle-section side signal transmission section while the power is supplied from the first connector to the second connector in a noncontact manner under the state, in which the handle section is assembled to the handle frame, and the signal is radio-transmitted between the connectors.
