摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door opening/closing device capable of informing a person of the unlocked or locked state of a vehicular door to be accurately recognized. SOLUTION: The vehicular door opening/closing device has a control means for recognizing the intention of a user to unlock or lock the vehicular door 6 and controlling the vehicular door 6 to be unlocked or locked. It comprises a door handle 2 for operating the opening/closing of the vehicular door 6, an unlocking operation detecting part 31 provided on the side of the door handle 2 opposite to the vehicular door 6 for detecting the operated condition of the door handle 2 by the user, and an emission part 41 stored in the door handle 2 and arranged to emit a light to a space between the door handle 2 and the vehicular door 6. The control means has a recognizing means for recognizing a portable machine in communication with the portable machine carried by the user, namely, for recognizing the approach of the portable machine to a vehicle to drive the emission part 41.
