摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy extruded material which has excellent impact fracture resistance, and in which cracks from the surface part are suppressed particularly when being subjected to impact.
SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy extruded material is obtained by subjecting an aluminum alloy having a composition comprising, by mass, 0.50 to 0.90% Si, 0.75 to 1.15% Mg, >0.30 to 0.45% Fe, >0.20 to 0.40% Mn, 0.10 to 0.35% Cu and 0.10 to 0.30% Cr, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities to extrusion, cooling the same immediately after the above process at the average cooling rate of ≥300°C/min, and thereafter performing artificial aging treatment. The thickness of the recrystallized layer in the surface part of the extruded shape material is controlled to ≤600 μm.

An EPS-ECU 50 acquires the neutral point deviation information and reduces the assist torque in the entire range of the steering angle. When any end hit is detected, the deviation of the end steering angle is calculated from the steering angle θ1 at that time, the reference steering angle neutral point is corrected by the deviation, and updated and stored in an EEPROM 45.
