    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a cubic molding where, when a cubic molding obtained by stacking and integrating a plurality of sintered layers is produced, the same can be formed in such a manner that the surface is made smooth without performing the stage of removing a surface layer part every time each sintered layer is formed. SOLUTION: The production method where a cubic molding in which a plurality of sintered layers are stacked and integrated is produced comprises: a stage where, as the part to be fed with a powder material 10 is moved, the fed powder material 10 is heated by a high density energy heat source 20, so as to form a sintered layer 16 on the lower layer side; and a stage where, as the part to be fed with the powder material 10 is moved to the surface of the sintered layer 16 on the lower layer side, the fed powder material 10 is heated by the high density energy heat source 20, so as to form a new sintered layer 18 integrated with the sintered layer 16 on the lower layer side, and on and after that, the stage of forming a new sintered layer 18 is repeated for required times. A thin film 9 having high liquid-repellency is formed on a surface of the coating film 8. The coating film 8 is constituted of a high-emissivity substance such as silicon dioxide.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing costs of fuel system components for an engine, to improve their durability and reliability, and to suppress operating noises.
      SOLUTION: An injector 1 as the fuel system components for the engine includes an orifice at its front end and comprises a nozzle body 7 supplied with compressed fuel in it. A valve seat 7a is provided inside the nozzle body 7 corresponding to the orifice. A valve element 9 including a valve part 19b which is suitably provided in the valve seat 7a is provided inside the nozzle body 8. The injector 1 is structured so as to eject the compressed fuel from the orifice with opening operation of the valve part 19b to the valve seat 7a. The nozzle body 7, the valve seat 7a and a body part 19 of the valve body 9 are constituted of metal glass as raw materials and are formed by means of precision casting.
