摘要： PURPOSE:To drain water such as rainwater, infiltrating from the outside, efficiently as little as possible through an air layer so as to be able to prevent the infiltration of water into the indoor side. CONSTITUTION:A vertically communicated air layer 4 is formed between outer face material 2 and inner face material 3. The upper end part of this air layer 4 is provided with a lateral gutter part 16 for receiving and laterally guiding water such as rainwater and dew water infiltrating from the outside and having such groove width (w) as not to impede ventilation, and the side part of the air layer 4 is provided with a longitudinal gutter part connected to the lateral gutter part 16 so as to drain water from the lateral gutter part 16. With a building panel 1 of such constitution, water such as rainwater infiltrating from the outside is collected by the lateral gutter part 16 provided at the upper end part of the air layer 4, and drained from the lateral gutter part 16 through the longitudinal gutter part. Water can be therefore drained efficiently as little as possible through the air layer 4 so as to be able to prevent the infiltration of water into the indoor side.

CONSTITUTION:Panel bodies 4, 5 having vertically communicated air layers 8 between outer face material 6 and inner face material 7 are formed. These panel bodies 4, 5 are provided in line with at least one of the upper and lower parts of a sash 3, and vent holes 21, 22 for communicating the air layers 8 with outside air are provided between the panel bodies 4, 5 and the sash 3. With a building panel 1 of such constitution, sufficient ventilation in the panel 1 can be secured through the vent holes 21, 22, so that moisture condensation in the wall can be sufficiently prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a vent structure of an external wall which is provided with a vent clearance continued in vertical direction simply by installing unit panels connectedly and also provided with good water protection. CONSTITUTION:Multiple unit panels with a vent clearance are installed connectedly in vertical direction. The unit panel is formed by connecting an outer panel material 1 to an inner panel material 3, forming a vent clearance between them, and connecting an upper frame 22 and a lower frame 23 to the upper and lower end parts of it, respectively.
