摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the waterproofness of a vertical joint section by abutting a stud against the inside of the vertical joint section formed between external- wall panel units from the rear side through a stud gasket. CONSTITUTION:A frame-shaped panel frame 4 is fixed onto the rear of an external wall panel 3 formed of lightweight aerated concrete, etc., by bolts, thus forming an external-wall panel unit l. A stud 10 is installed into a vertical joint section shaped between the left and right adjacent external-wall panels 1 from the rear side through a stud gasket 12. Gaskets 13 with lips secondarily bringing the vertical joint section to an airtight state are fitted to erected pieces 4b erected toward the rear from both left and right end sections of the panel frame 4. Accordingly, the intrusion of water in abutting sections can be prevented positively.

Further hanger rollers 14, 15 for window screen which rotate along the rails 8, 9 and retaining bodies 16, 17 for window screen which are guided by the guides 10, 11 are mounted to the screens 12, 13 respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform smooth opening and closing operation by a method wherein a bracket is protruded from the lower end part of a door body, a roller is locked to the lower end part of the bracket, a guide is arranged on the upper surface of a window lower frame, and a guide rail is arranged in the window lower frame. CONSTITUTION:A window sash 1 is formed such that two door bodies 2 on both sides are laterally movably assembled to a window frame 3. A lower rail 7 of the door body 2 is formed approximately in a square-shape, and a bracket 8 is attached on the under surface of a bottom side 7a through a mounting piece 9. A roller 10 is supported at the lower end part of the bracket 8 by means of a bearing. A hollow part is formed in a window lower frame 14 of the window frame 3 so that a roller 10 is contained therein. The roller 10 positioned on the outdoor side is contained in a hollow part A on the outdoor side and the roller 10 positioned on the indoor side is contained in a hollow part B on the indoor side. Guide rails 17c and 15e are arranged in the hollow parts A and B, respectively. A gap S is provided between an central upper surface 17a and an indoor upper surface 16b and the roller 10 is rolled in the lower frame 14. This constitution causes prevention of adhesion of dust to the roller 10 and execution of smooth opening and closing operation.

Next, a building frame 9 is provided at the upper and lower edges of the opening 1 in the building frame, and a frame unit 3 with the window sash 8 fitted therein is attached to time building frame 9. Thus the panels can be installed with good operability while reducing dimensional errors.
