    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel, a panel fixture, a panel mounting structure, and a cooling tower having the panel mounting structure which facilitates mounting work thereof in a short time and prevents occurrence of fluttering sound.
      SOLUTION: The plurality of panels 11 are mounted in a panel mounting frame 12 by using the panel fixture 31 for fixing a butting portion 30 at which mounting bases 21 of the panels 11 are butted against each other, to a panel mounting surface 15. The panel fixture 31 is formed of: a pair of arms 33 that each extend from a panel fixture main body 32 through the panel mounting frame 12, and pinch the mounting bases 21 butted against each other; and engaging claws 36 that are formed on the arms 33, for engaging with engaging portions 22 formed on the mounting bases 21, respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulation panel and a building having a structure constructible from the indoor side, capable of preventing condensation in a thermal insulation material over a long period, and capable of surely preventing the outflow of moisture to the thermal insulation material from the indoor side.
      SOLUTION: This thermal insulation panel has the thermal insulation material 1 formed of a plate-like foaming resin molding material fitted in an opening part assembled by wood of the building, and has a moistureproof sheet 2 stuck to an indoor side surface of the thermal insulation material 1 and arranging the projected installation edges 2a and 2b to be fixed to the wood constituting the opening part on the periphery. The thermal insulation material 1 forms a tapered shape larger in an indoor side width than an outdoor side width, and also has a groove 5 for facilitating reduction in the width on at least both sides of the indoor side surface of the thermal insulation material 1.
