摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for a trailer capable of performing connection and cutting off easily, having a simple structure, remodeling a self-propelled vehicle to a trailer easily and connecting a plurality of trailer so as to transport the self-propelled vehicle by connecting the self-propelled vehicle to a tractor. SOLUTION: This steering device for a trailer tows a front steering shaft type trailer 2 mounted with a steering shaft 3 in it's front part by a tractor 1, works with the steering direction of the tractor 1 and steers the trailer 2. The steering device for the trailer is provided with a centrifugal force detecting means 22 for detecting a centrifugal force generated at the time of turning and a steering force adding mechanism 34 for steering the steering wheels 31 of the trailer corresponding to the detected centrifugal force.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of pitching and yawing in performing traction for forward movement by switching a steering shaft of a trailer so that a caster angle may always become a plus caster relative to its bearing part based on the forward or rearward signal of a tractor, thereby performing self-controlling trailer steering. SOLUTION: This trailer steering device steers a trailer interlockingly in the steering direction of a tractor, whereas a caster angle switching mechanism 20 is formed which switches a steering shaft 5 of the trailer so that a caster angle may always become a plus caster relative to its bearing part 6 based on the forward or rearward signal of the tractor, between the steering shaft 5 of the trailer and the bearing part 6 thereof. The caster angle switching mechanism 20 is formed with an air chamber 14 driving a driving shaft so as to advance and retreat as a switching driving mechanism on a mounting member fixed integrally with the steering shaft 5 around the shaft of the steering shaft 5, and the front end of the operating shaft is connected to a connection part between a link and a connection link 32.

SOLUTION: In this steering device for a full-trailer wherein a front steering shaft type trailer mounted with a steering shaft mechanism 101 in its front part is towed by a tractor using the traction bar, a horizontal rotary bearing part 104 rotating lateral-directionally around a connection shaft 102 as the center provided in the full-trailer is provided in the traction bar 103, and the steering transmission members 105, 110, 113, 115 are interlocked with the horizontal rotary bearing part to steer the steering shaft mechanism.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an inner ring difference and improve natural turning performance having a sense of unity and stability by towing a front steering shaft type trailer by a tractor, detecting the forward and backward traveling direction of the tractor to switch a transmission system of a transmitting member, and converting the steering direction of the trailer to the steering direction of the tractor. SOLUTION: A lunette eye 12 of a towing lever 3 is connected to a pintle hook 4 of a tractor through a joint and a bracket 11 which are projected from a trailer to move vertically and laterally. A intersecting angle of the towing lever 3 and the trailer is detected by a steering amount detecting arm 13, and an amount of this motion is transmitted through a link lever 14, a forward-reverse steering direction switching mechanism 9, and the respective transmission means 16-20 following a connecting rod 15 to a steering wheel 6 to be steered. That is, the steering direction switching mechanism 9 is operated in the reverse direction by an electromagnetic solenoid 8 so that at the time of forward movement, the steering wheel 6 of the trailer is steered according to the steering direction of the tractor, and at the time of reverse movement, the steering wheel 6 of the trailer is steered in the opposite direction to the steering direction of the tractor.
