In the case that the transmission 10 is changed in speed when the second clutch 25 is in the output shaft connecting state, the control device drives the drive wheels 5 by the MG 3 so that torque transmitted to the drive wheels 5 may not be varied, and performs synchronization between the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 by the MG 3 at a speed change in the case that the transmission 10 is changed in speed when the second clutch 25 is in the input shaft connecting state.
