摘要： PURPOSE: To efficiently obtain crystal of a desired shape and to actualize control of stable crystal growth through control of real time, by providing a means for measuring the shape of crystal face in a non-contact state, a means for controlling the growth rate of space crystal face at speeds different in terms of partial space, a means for calculating a control value so as to make space growth rate constant from height information of the measured crystal face. CONSTITUTION: A space growth rate of crystal face is measured by division ability of 1nm by a real time phase shift interference meter. The temperature and phase transition of crystal face are partially controlled by irradiation of the crystal face with light rays or patterned light having an intensity distribution as a means for selectively controlling the crystal face. The control of crystal face is solved by a means for providing an electric field with a distribution by plural electrodes. High information of plural points are effectively subjected to data treatment in a stable form as the growth rate of the crystal face. The crystal face as a target is directly observed and the growth rate of part of crystal is selectively controlled based on the observed data.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hydroxyapatite coating film capable of forming a uniform coating film on the surface even for a substrate having low heat resistance. SOLUTION: A substrate is immersed particularly in an acidic 1st aq. soln. such as an aq. soln. of hydrochloric acid and after being taken out and dried, is immersed in an alkaline 2nd aq. soln. As the 2nd aq. soln., an aq. soln. of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide can be used. The substrate taken out of the 2nd aq. soln. may further by immersed in a 3rd aq. soln. where an apatite component of substantially satd. or supresatd. concn. is dissolved. Thereby, a thick hydroxyapatite coating film may easily be formed. As the substrate, a substance consisting of a metal, ceramics or an org. high molecular material can be used. In this production method, since heating to a high temp. is not required, this method is applicable even to the substrate having low heat resistance, in particular a textile or the like consisting of synthetic fibers or the like.

The obtd. super fine particles is useful to the synthesis of catalyst showing high catalytic activity, because of high olefin activity or high CO conversion ratio.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a hydroxyapatite film, by which the hydroxyapatite film having excellent adsorbability to bacteria, viruses, animal cells, plant cells, stinky components, and so on, can uniformly and stably be produced without relating to the shape of a substrate and to an immersion method in a production process. SOLUTION: This method for producing a hydroxyapatite film comprises stacking a plurality of substrates on which sites for facilitating the depositing of hydroxyapatite crystals have been introduced, and then immersing the stacked substrates in an aqueous solution containing components for producing the hydroxyapatite. The aqueous solution is prepared so that the hydroxyapatite film is formed at a rate of 0.001 to 0.5 g/day per g of the site-introduced substrate. The concentrations of calcium ion and phosphate ion are especially preferably 0.01 to 2 mmole/L and 0.01 to 1 mmole/L, respectively. The temperature of the aqueous solution is preferably 0 to 40 deg.C, and the pH of the aqueous solution is preferably 5 to 8.

The catalyst compsn. for reduction comes into efficient contact with a reaction system of exhaust gases in accordance with the use condition, etc., and can be arbitrary shapes, insofar as the catalyst does not run off outside the system. The catalyst removes the Nox in the exhaust gases and prevents the pollution by the exhaust gases when the catalyst is mounted in the pipelines of exhaust systems of not only automobiles but also traffic organs, internal combustion engines in factories as well boilers in power plants, factories, buildings, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To readily control crystal growth direction by decomposing gas of an oxygen-containing metallic compound with light irradiation, forming a thin film-like crystal of metal oxide on a base plate and growing the crystal to direction of light irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 2 is installed in a chamber 1 and gas of an oxygen- containing metallic compound (e.g. tantalum pentamethoxide gas) is introduced into the chamber 1 together with carrier gas 7. Simultaneously, light 4 from light source 11 is irradiated to the base plate 2 and the gas of oxygen-containing metallic compound is decomposed, then thin film-like crystal of metal oxide (e.g. tantalum pentoxide) is formed on the base plate, thus said crystal is grown to the irradiated direction of the light 4. By said method, the crystal growth direction is able to be controlled to a desired direction by controlling angle of the base plate 2 to the light 4, then various chemical and physical properties of the thin film are able to be controlled.
