For instance, the rotation of negative 10 degrees is performed and the converted picture is inputted as the learning sample of the learning type picture recognition device 1. Then, the source picture remains as it is, the picture for which the rotation of negative 9 degrees is performed for instance by the picture conversion unit 2 is learned and the pictures for which the fluctuation element is considered are automatically learned based on one picture.

CONSTITUTION:A thermoelement 2 is held by a heat-absorption plate 3 and a heating plate 4' therebetween, but the heating plate 4' is not used as a member for coming into contact directly with the skin. The heating plate 4' radiates heat from the thermoelement 2 from its heating capacity and does allow a temperature to rise irrespective of a temperature in the periphery, and fulfills a duty for suppressing a fact that the endothermic plate 3 generates relatively a temperature rise. In one electric insulating layer 101, a low temperature side temperature sensor 8 is provided so that the temperature of the endothermic plate 3 is detected, and its detecting signal is led to a power source supply part. In the opposite side to the heating plate 4', a heating plate 6 is provided as an independent high temperature side member having a heat insulating material 7 therebetween, and it becomes a member for coming into contact with the skin. Between the heating plate 6 and the heat insulating material 7, a high temperature side temperature sensor 9 is provided so that the temperature of the heating plate 6 is detected, and its detecting signal is led to the power source supply part.

The change in the reflection light intensity emitted from the prism 1 is measured with a photo-electro detector 6 using the absorbance intensifying method due to surface plasma wave. In this manner, the measurement of chemical matter and chemical quantity is enabled in process and with high sensitivity.
