    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation resistance between a sealed vessel and a conductive member in a housing, a core wire of wiring and a terminal connection while maintaining pressure in the housing substantially the same as pressure in the sealed vessel.
      SOLUTION: The wiring 51 is composed of the core wire and an insulating coating covering the core wire. An insulating tube 53 is provided to cover the insulating coating. A clearance S is formed between the insulating coating and the insulating tube 53. Both the ends 53a, 53b of the insulating tube 53 are opened so that the inside of the sealed vessel 11 communicates with the inside of the housing 42 through the clearance S. An O-ring 47 to insulate the sealed vessel 11 from a metal terminal 36 and also to seal a portion between the inside of the housing 42 and the inside of the sealed vessel 11 is arranged between a first insertion hole 45a and an insulating member 37.
