SOLUTION: The image communication apparatus includes: a means for storing document data received by communication; a means for storing a document ID identifying a document data as attached information of the document data, a user ID for permitting printing, a user destination to notify of reception, and the like; a means for transmitting the document ID as a reception notice to the printing permitted user destination; a means for authenticating the user ID and printing the document data corresponding to the document ID in accordance with a print command; and a means for deleting the document data, corresponding to the document ID, stored in the document data storage means. The document data deleting means is characterized in that, at a point of time when all the users permitted to print document data complete execution of printing, stored document data are deleted.
