摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve holding power to prevent slipping-out of a needle and resealing performance after the needle is pulled out by arranging a node on a contact surface of a plug body in a medical cap with a casing. SOLUTION: In a medical cap 1, a pull top cover normally exists, and a needle inserted from a needle stiking hole 4 is supported so as not to slip out by being supported by internal stress from a plug body 5. In this case, since stress is uniformly transmitted to the wide area in the plug body having no node 3, restoring force after pulling out the needle is weak, but when the node 3 is arranged, since the stress applied to these is segmented with every node 3, and restoring of the plug body is improved, and in its turn, holding power to prevent slipping-out of the needle and resealing performance of a needle sticking hole 4 after pulling out the needle can be improved. A highly elastic resin, for example, various kinds of thermoplastic elastomer, a gel-like resin or a mixture by kneading these and rubber or the like are desirable as a construction material of the plug body 5 to be used.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical cap which prevents infusion from leaking and prevents an injection needle from coming-off. SOLUTION: A molding method of a stopper for the infusion is a method for compression-molding a single body stopper for the infusion which is joined to an outer frame body to be mounted on an infusion container and is composed only of an elastomer resin that the injection needle punctures to take out the infusion from the infusion container by filling the elastomer resin of a raw material into a die. The elastomer resin of the raw material with a shape which is formed by being extruded and cut out from an extruding machine is supplied to the surface of the lower die of the die, and the lower die and an upper die directly apply pressure to the raw material in the die by the approach of both the dies. The raw material is filled into the die while being crushed and the raw material filled into the die comprising the upper die and the lower die is compression-molded. Thereafter the die is separated and the stopper is cooled, and the stopper without irregularities due to the flow of the resin is obtained by molding the stopper which is a cooled molded article that is taken out from the stopper.
