SOLUTION: At the time of test, a hydraulic cylinder 6 extrudes a moving body 12 along a rail in an accelerating block A, and a motor 4 accelerates a wheel 2 to a constant speed. When the moving body 12 arrives an end of the sample body 1, the wheel 2 is floated so as to release the wheel load, and the moving body 12 is decelerated for stop by the damper work of the cylinder 6 in a decelerating block B. Furthermore, the cylinder 6 converts the block B as the accelerating block so as to extrude the moving body 12 in the returning direction, and while reversely rotates the wheel 2, and the similar operation is repeated thereafter, with this structure, motor capacity is set at the minimum, and while the self-traveling is speeded up, and since the moving body travels by itself, rolling abrasion surface can be accurately observed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various fulcrum conditions by arranging a universal joint to have a means which rotates freely about the axis of an object to be tested or adapted to fix the rotation thereof at a fixed position while having a means which rotates freely about two axes orthogonal to each other within a plane orthogonal to the axis of the object to be tested or adapted to is fixed at an arbitrary angle. SOLUTION: The axis of an object to be tested is on the Z axis and the axes orthogonal to each other within a plane parallel with a plane orthogonal to the Z axis are on the X axis and on the Y axis. A housing 2 on the Z axis having a lock gradient key groove 13 is fixed on a bed 1. A thrust ball bearing 3 is inserted and fitted into the housing 2 and a fulcrum 4 is mounted through a deep groove ball bearing 5. A Z axis base 7 having a U-shaped X axis housing 6 mounted thereon is put on the fulcrum 4. A gradient key groove 14 is provided at the position coinciding with the key groove 13. An X-Y axis support pin 10 is fitted into a housing 6 hole through a roller bearing 8 and a friction type clamp ware 9. A Y axis housing 11 is also fitted into the Y axis side of the pin 10 through bearing 8 and the clamp ware 9 and a test object mounting plate 12 is mounted to make a jig 16.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a tumbling device which can be vertically lifted when it is lifted by a crane and has less movement resulting from the tumbling since the rotary axis is shifted and can be tumbled in a less area and further in which a base frame can be made small. CONSTITUTION:This tumbling device is provided with a L-shaped arm 2 tumbling with a structure 1 placed thereon, a base frame 8, a carrier base 6 transferring the guide thereof. The rotary shaft 3 of the L-shaped arm 2 is provided on the carrier base 6. A wire 13 is hooked on the L-shaped arm 2 loading the structure 1. And it is lifted by a crane. In this way, The structure 1 is rotated toward the arrow mark around the rotary shaft 3 as shown in the (b) stage. The rotary shaft is moved to the arrow direction, to the left, and the wire 31 can be always lifted vertically. When the center of gravity of the structure 1 placed on the L-shaped arm 2 passes on the perpendicular line, the L-shaped arm 2 rotates around the rotary shaft 3 owing to the gravity of the structure 1 to tumble the structure 1 by 90 degrees.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic circuit for operating a hydraulic actuator at high speed and moreover with large pressurizing force. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic circuit is provided with a first duct 11 connected to a hydraulic source 21, a second duct 12 connected to a reservoir 24, a third duct 13 connected to one oil chamber of a hydraulic actuator 26, a fourth duct 14 connected to the other oil chamber of the hydraulic actuator 26, a tank 30 provided with a discharge means 30b and an oil accommodating chamber 30c connected as closely as possible to the other oil chamber of the hydraulic actuator 26, and control valves 23, 29 for controlling communication among the respective ducts. Pressure oil in the oil accommodating chamber 30c of the tank 30 is first discharged to the reservoir 24 by the discharge means 30b and then supplied to one oil chamber of the hydraulic actuator 26 by the actuation of the control valves 23, 29, and pressure oil from the other oil chamber is discharged into the reservoir 24 and the oil accommodating chamber 30c of the tank 30.
