The head of work in its advancing direction is sensed, and transport rollers 14 of the conveyor where the leading edge of the long stretching material has reached or passed are elevated one by one from the sunk and retracted condition, and the work is supported and transported by the transport rollers 14 which are elevated one by one with progress of the work.

When the center of gravity of the structure 1 placed on the L-shaped arm 2 passes on the perpendicular line, the L-shaped arm 2 rotates around the rotary shaft 3 owing to the gravity of the structure 1 to tumble the structure 1 by 90 degrees.
