    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the working time, and to secure the safety of the work while smoothly transferring the cable from a shelf to a winding barrel by providing a series of flange along a peripheral edge of the shelf for winding an excessive length part of a starting end of a wire and along a drum center side groove edge of a wire groove. SOLUTION: A cylindrical shelf 13 having a diameter larger than a winding barrel 11 and a fixture 14 for fixing a starting end of a wire onto the shelf 13 are provided inside of one of drum flanges provided in both ends of the winding barrel 11 of a drum 10. The inside surface 12a of the drum flange 12 is provided with a wire groove 1, and a series of flange 16 is provided along the peripheral edge of the side surface of the shelf 13 and a drum center side groove edge of the wire groove 15. A drum center side groove surface of the wire groove 15 is continued to the peripheral surface of the shelf 13, and as it comes in a wire winding direction, the drum center side groove surface of the wire groove 15 comes close to the center of the drum, and reaches the winding barrel 11. In order to smoothly transfer the wire, a part of an inlet 15a of the wire groove 15 is provided with an inclined surface 17, and furthermore, the flange 12 of the shelf 13 is eliminated in a range from the inlet 15a to a point S appropriately separated from the inlet 15a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow metallic lock fittings, by which multiple rubber cables arranged in a bed in order to stretch the bed by desired tension are locked to the inner peripheral part of a frame, not to be welded by to be arranged in the frame concerning a trampoline made of aluminum.
      SOLUTION: The trampoline includes: the metallic lock fittings 6 where a ring part 31 is arranged at one end and a screw part 32 is at the other end so as to have a nut 33 between them; fixing nuts 36; and an aluminum fixing nut holding board 35 which holds by press fitting the plurality of fixing nuts 36 at the attachment interval of the rubber cables 5. Multiple through-holes 34 are arranged on the inner side surface of the frame 1 at the attachment interval of the rubber cables 5. The fixing nut holding board 35 is inserted to the frame 1. The metallic lock fittings 6 are inserted to the through-holes 34 so as to be screwed onto the fixing nut 36. Then, the nut 33 and the fixing nut holding board 35 hold the inner side surface of the frame 1 between them.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To activate microbes, promote decomposition of organic matters, and obtain an outdoor toilet suitable for a construction site, etc., by providing stirring bars on a rotary shaft which is substantially in the center of the circular-arc shaped bottom of a toilet tank, by making their leading ends to produce locus of rotation along the bottom, and by providing a face heater on the external face of the bottom and providing an air duct for odor exhaustion above it. SOLUTION: For an accumulation in a toilet tank 2, the bottom of which has a circular-arc shape, stiring bars 7 are rotated along the circular-arc shaped bottom by the rotation of a rotary shaft 6 which is provided almost in the center of the circular-arc shape, so that the portions of the accumulation whose temperatures rises high at the bottom of the toilet tank 2 increased in temperature by a face heater 8 as a heating means is caused to float on an upper layer and upper-layer portions of it whose temperatures are decreased low by their contact with atmospheric air is pulled in downwards. It brings aerobic microbes into contact with air and also activates it by the temperature increase, thereby enhancing efficiency in decomposition by the microbes. By the operation of a fan means, air in the toilet tank 2 is sucked and introduced into a deodorizing tank, where strong and sure deodorization is performed by a multiple deodorizing means, and the air is discharged from an exhaust port to the outside.
