    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an AM broadcast retransmission system for an underground shopping area at a low cost by saving excessive construction costs.
      SOLUTION: A radio wave transmission cable connected to an AM broadcast retransmission apparatus 3 via a matching unit 4 is used as an induction cable 5 that transmits radio waves by electromagnetic induction, an optical cable 15 including a conductive suspension wire 18 is disposed on an underground shopping area, and the conductive suspension wire 18 of the optical cable 15 is used as the induction cable 5 connected to the retransmission apparatus 3 via the matching unit 4. Thus, an AM broadcast retransmission system for an underground shopping area can be constructed at a low cost by saving the excessive construction costs.

The server 10 is provided with a technology data file 11 in which theories necessary for electric equipment installation such as electric engineering are selectively collected, an installation data file 12 in which concrete installation knowledges are selectively collected, and a regulation data file 13 in which regulations concerning electric equipment installation are selectively collected. The work process of the electric equipment installation is displayed on the screen of the personal computer 1, and the display contents in the work process are linked to the data files 11, 12, 13. The trainess X1 -Xn , by clicking the displayed contents, can display and learn detailed contents of the data files 11, 12, 13.
