    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling apparatus for refilling a spray container, which is inexpensive and fills the spray container with a liquid medium and a pressurized gas quickly and certainly. SOLUTION: The filling apparatus refills the spray container 9, which has a single valve 90 that is opened by pushing in a projecting pipe 91 to make the inside/outside of the spray container 9 communicate, by supplying the spray container 9 with the liquid medium and pressurized gas through the single valve 90. The filling apparatus has a charge container 1, which receives and holds a given amount of the liquid medium and pressurized gas temporarily, and a filling line is laid to connect the charge container 1 to a filling joint 4, which is made as a valve connectible to the single valve 90 of the spray container 9. A pressurized gas unit 2 connected to the charge container 1 pushes out the liquid medium and pressurized gas held in the charge container 1 simultaneously into the spray container 9 connected to the filling joint 4.     • PURPOSE:To detect the degree of delayed speed as a crank shaft rotation angle number by measuring the goodness of ignition timing and the delay of speed for any other cylinder by utilizing an existing timing mark to show the ignition timing of the first cylinder of engine to the measured. CONSTITUTION:With 4-cycle and 4-cylinder engine, an electromagnetic sensor is attached to the third cylinder, for example. An ignition timing signal from the sensor is sent to a 1/N divider and a N advance counter through a wave-form shaper. The divider divides standard signal during repeated one cycle of ignition timing signal according to the cylinder number N, and its output is divided by the standard signal at a divider. The N advance counter selects an output signal delayed by a angle corresponding to a crank shaft rotation angle until the time from the dispatch of the said ignition timing signal to the ignition of the first cylinder and a timing light is illuminated. And, operator observes if timing mark coincides with a matching mark to measure the goodness of ignition timing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract engine oil without continuously operating a negative-pressure generator, and simply and easily extract engine oil by conveying a small-capacity tank close to a vehicle.
      SOLUTION: An engine-oil extractor includes a suction pipe 1, a bottom-detection alarm 2, an extraction-measuring part 3, a negative-pressure generator 4, and a storage tank 5. The suction pipe 1 is inserted in an oil-level-gauge insertion hole to locate the tip at the bottom of an oil-pan so as to suck the engine oil. The bottom-detection alarm 2 detects that the tip of the suction-pipe has come to the bottom of the oil-pan and informs the fact. The extraction-measuring part 3 is graduated, and has a capacity of holding the engine-oil for at least one-vehicle. The inside of the extraction-measuring part 3 can be held at negative pressure, and is provided with a drain-valve on the bottom face to measure and extract the suction amount of the engine oil. The negative-pressure generator 4 brings the inside of the extraction-measuring part 3 in the state of negative pressure. The storage tank 5 has on its top a coupling port to be coupled to the drain valve of the extraction-measuring part 3. The coupling port is coupled or separated to/from the extraction-measuring part. The storage tank 5 receives and stores engine oil discharged from the extraction-measuring part in the amount for several vehicles.

    • PURPOSE: To aim at reduction in exhaust pollution and the promotion of efficiency in maintenance work, by installing a time measuring circuit, which measures the time required in time of light emission of a xenon flashing apparatus, and also a revolving speed measuring circuit which measures rotational frequency in a crankshaft.
      CONSTITUTION: A xenon flashing apparatus A1 has a delay regulator A3, while a xenon flashing apparatus B2 has a delay regulator B4 and they are connected to a detector 5 in common. In time of light emission of these xenon flashing apparatuses 1 and 2, a time difference between their signals are measured by a time measuring circuit 7. A revolving speed measuring circuit 8 measures rotational frequency of a crankshaft, while an operational circuit 9 calculates the measured time difference and the rotational frequency, converting this operated value into a crankshaft turning angle, whereby it is displayed on a displayer 10 together with the rotational frequency. Thus, reduction in exhaust pollution and efficiency in maintenance work are well promoted.

The current of the electric line 5 turns to the negative from positive state by reducing the acceleration gradually and the turning of the state and the revolutions of the engine are detected and measured by means 7 and 8. The second data is compared with the first data by a means 12 through a means 9 to determine whether it is within the allowable range or not with a decision means 13.
