In this case, a plural number of installation holes 13a distances from the rotational center of the handle shaft 10 of which are different from each other are arranged on the pivot installation part 13 of a bracket 12 of the handle shaft 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract engine oil without continuously operating a negative-pressure generator, and simply and easily extract engine oil by conveying a small-capacity tank close to a vehicle.
      SOLUTION: An engine-oil extractor includes a suction pipe 1, a bottom-detection alarm 2, an extraction-measuring part 3, a negative-pressure generator 4, and a storage tank 5. The suction pipe 1 is inserted in an oil-level-gauge insertion hole to locate the tip at the bottom of an oil-pan so as to suck the engine oil. The bottom-detection alarm 2 detects that the tip of the suction-pipe has come to the bottom of the oil-pan and informs the fact. The extraction-measuring part 3 is graduated, and has a capacity of holding the engine-oil for at least one-vehicle. The inside of the extraction-measuring part 3 can be held at negative pressure, and is provided with a drain-valve on the bottom face to measure and extract the suction amount of the engine oil. The negative-pressure generator 4 brings the inside of the extraction-measuring part 3 in the state of negative pressure. The storage tank 5 has on its top a coupling port to be coupled to the drain valve of the extraction-measuring part 3. The coupling port is coupled or separated to/from the extraction-measuring part. The storage tank 5 receives and stores engine oil discharged from the extraction-measuring part in the amount for several vehicles.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple structure metering pump not including a mechanical sliding part and suitable for metering highly flammable organic solvent.
      SOLUTION: This pump is provided with an air introduction part 10, a pressure reducing chamber 20 communicated to the air introduction part 10 via a suction passage 17 and reducing pressure by introducing pressurized air to the air introduction part 10, a cylinder part 30 provided with a suction port 31 and a delivery port 33, a communication pipe 40 connecting the pressure reducing chamber 20 and a cylinder part 30, and a float 25 arranged in the pressure reducing chamber 20. Pressure in the pressure reducing chamber 20 and the cylinder part 30 is reduced by introducing pressurized air to the air introduction part 10. Consequently, liquid is sucked in the cylinder part 30 from the suction port 31, sucked liquid is introduced into the pressure reducing chamber 20 through the communication pipe 40 and the float 25 floats to block the suction passage 17. Consequently, liquid of fixed quantity is sucked and retained, and an inside of the pressure reducing chamber 20 is released from a pressure reduced condition by stopping pressurized air supply, and liquid in the cylinder is delivered from the delivery port 33.
