    • PURPOSE:To prevent mismeasuring when the revolutions of the engine changes sharply by comparing with the set value the measured revolutions of the engine at the commutation of the current polarity in a battery charging system of automobiles or the like. CONSTITUTION:As a load 2 of all electric parts is operated at a low rotation of the engine 1 to raise the revolutions of the engine 1 gradually, the current of an electric line 5 connected to a battery 4 turns to a positive from negative state. This turning of the state is measured with a commutation measuring means 7 through a probe 6 while the revolutions of the engine with a revolutions measuring means 8 and the results are memorized into a memory 10 as first data with a measured data collecting means 9. The current of the electric line 5 turns to the negative from positive state by reducing the acceleration gradually and the turning of the state and the revolutions of the engine are detected and measured by means 7 and 8. The second data is compared with the first data by a means 12 through a means 9 to determine whether it is within the allowable range or not with a decision means 13.

    • PURPOSE:To announce the fact that all units of electrical equipment are not fully loaded, by judging the positive or negative value of the current in electric paths connected to a battery, and announcing warning when the current of the electric path is judged as positive. CONSTITUTION:The start of an engine 2 is detected by an engine start detecting means 3. Then, a timer means 4 is operated for a specified time. The loads 6 which are all the electrical equipment such as a car radio, dynamo 7, and the like are connected to the battery 5. The current flowing a transmission path 8 is measured by a current measuring means 10. The positive or negative value of the measured current is judged by a positive and negative value judging means 11. When the current value is positive (charged state) from the beginning, warning sound is generated by a warning sound generating means 15. In this way, the fact that all the units of the electrical equipment are fully loaded can be readily announced.
