摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a tariff for an originated call to a terminal with an irregular tariff system such as a mobile object, etc., at a low cost. SOLUTION: A tariff collecting type telephone set 30, connected to an ISDN line transmits a cell setup message to a prescribed center, containing an inputted callee address as user information. A center 20 receiving the call setup message obtains charging information for the callee address, based on the user information contained in the call setup message and transmits the message to the tariff collecting type telephone set containing the obtained charging information as the user information. The tariff collecting type telephone set 30 receiving a message information transmitted from the center 20 stores the charging information contained as the user information in the message information in memory, transmits the call setup message to the callee to an ISDN, and collects the tariff based on the charging information stored in the memory starting after the callee responds.

Moreover, if microlens arrays are used, a highly precise three dimensional stereographic model 18 is produced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus which enable fast and easily adjustable measurement of dimensions of the outer diameter, the inner diameter and the eccentricity of a cylindrical object based on images at a low cost of the apparatus. SOLUTION: The degree of displacement of an edge part of the inner circumference 2 of an cylindrical object from a reference position is measured based on images by an image processor 8 at two points almost facing each other over the entire inner circumference thereof and the dimensions of the outer diameter, the inner diameter and the eccentricity of the object are calculated by a fixed expression only from the degree of displacement. A means for photographing the two inner circumferential edge parts over the entire inner circumference thereof is constituted of a rotary drive mechanism 6 which rotates the cylindrical object at a home position contacting a V groove of a mount base 5 by which the outer circumference of the cylindrical object 1 is determined and a line sensor camera 7. This accomplishes the measurement of dimensions by one image pickup means and one image measurement means to simplify the structure of the apparatus thereby speeding up the dimensional measurement at a lower cost. Thus, this single arrangement of the image pickup means facilitates adjustment and calibration for maintaining accuracy in the positioning of a photographing line 3, the focus and magnification in photographing and the like.

This matching result is quantitatively evaluated by an evaluation part 6 to decide whether the result is valid or invalid, and a position shift quantity is calculated sequentially from the valid matching result. On the basis of the position shift quantity, correcting operation for comparison pixel addresses is performed to correct the position shift, and a comparison part 11 compares both the images 1 and 2 with each other.

In this embodiment, a stainless steel is adopted for the material. On the other hand, any type of terminal may be used for a connection terminal 2, but an alligator clip is adopted for the connection terminal 2 especially in this embodiment. Furthermore, a couple of the adaptors are used for the continuity test. When the adaptor is in use, the connection terminal 2 is connected properly to a test equipment and the fitting 3 is held between fingers and the pin 4 is inserted to a desired electric wire insert hole 12 of the terminal board 10.
