摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and quickly conduct the continuity test by providing a pin made of a hard wire material having a diameter to be inserted in an electric wire insert hole of a terminal board at one end of a cord and providing a connection terminal to the other end. CONSTITUTION:A pin 4 is made of a hard wire material having a diameter inserted in an electric wire insert hole 12 of a terminal board 10. In this embodiment, a stainless steel is adopted for the material. The base of the pin 4 is implanted in a fitting 3 made of an insulating material and the pin 4 is electric connection to a core wire of a cord 1 also implanted to the fitting 3. On the other hand, any type of terminal may be used for a connection terminal 2, but an alligator clip is adopted for the connection terminal 2 especially in this embodiment. Furthermore, a couple of the adaptors are used for the continuity test. When the adaptor is in use, the connection terminal 2 is connected properly to a test equipment and the fitting 3 is held between fingers and the pin 4 is inserted to a desired electric wire insert hole 12 of the terminal board 10.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease manhours for any connection work by limiting the connection work only, to insertion of the end of an electric wire into the guide hook of a push button, while pushing the push bottom with a finger tip. CONSTITUTION:When a spring 2 is installed inside a terminal fitting 1, a root part 2a is inserted between the front part 1a of the metal fitting 1 and a stopper 1g and a fixed side end 2b is engaged with a mounting leg 1e so that the end 2c on a branch side abuts against the rear part 1c thereof to be fixed there. When a push button 3 is inserted into a hole 1d formed on the top 1b of the metal fitting 1, the projection 3b of the button 3 is engaged with the stopper 1g so that the button 3 is installed inside the metal fitting 1 in its unseparated state. Then when a wire 11 to be connected is inserted into the guide 3a of the button 3, the end of the wire 11 is pushed in such a condition of lifting the end 2c of the spring 2 and then the wire 11 which is subjected to elastic force of the spring 2, is brought in pressure contact with the metal fitting 1 so as to be put in electrical connection. And even if a power is applied in the direction of drawing out the wire 11, since the end 2c of the spring 2 abuts against the wire 11 at an acute angle, the wire is prevented from being drawn out.

And hence, the clearance serves as a heat insulation layer. And since a plurality of bases 15 are formed slender, the base itself 15 has little relation of heat transmission with the clearance between the fitting face and the the underface 11c of the baseboard 11 of the resette base 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent moisture-proof and rust-proof performance without any exposure of metal parts to the outside by letting a releasing rod of synthetic resin pass through the upper portion of a holder, installing it in a freely detachable and attachable manner and inserting an electric wire between contact ends through the head of the releasing rod. SOLUTION: In a releasing rod 40 made of a synthetic resin, a shaft 42 and a slit 46, which are disposed on one side, are detachably fixed through the upper portion of a raising piece 25 of a holder 21. An electric wire L is inserted into an electric wire passage 43 through the head of the releasing rod 40, and inserted between the raising piece 25 and the contact end of an electric wire presser 30. Consequently, the contact end cuts into the electric wire L by a reverse blade effect of the electric wire presser 30, thus preventing its withdrawal and removal. Furthermore, the electric wire L is made to proceed so as to be inserted between the side of a curve 32 formed on the lower portion of the electric wire presser 30 and the raising piece 25 of the holder 21, to be thus brought into contact with the presser 30 at the two points. In the case of removal of the electric wire, the releasing rod 40 is pushed up by a driver D. Consequently, no metal part can be exposed to the outside and no unnecessary gap is formed between terminal units, thus achieving excellent moisture-proof and rust-proof performances.
