    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water electrolysis device that can electrolyze a very small quantity of water, and moisture in gas, such as vapor, and a solid, such as a rock by 100%, and hence can rapidly analyze hydrogen isotope ratio and oxygen isotope ratio regardless of a very small quantity of moisture, and to provide a pretreatment method of mass spectrometry.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tank for deep-sea organisms that keeps hydraulic pressure suitable for habitat environment of caught deep-sea organisms and is suited to transportation and rearing of deep-sea organisms.
      SOLUTION: The water tank for deep-sea organisms is equipped with a closed container 1 which is made into a removed state of air and in which water and deep-sea organisms are stored and a pressure mechanism 12 for pressurizing water in the closed container 1 through a pressure medium while keeping the removed state of air in the closed container 1. The closed container 1 is furnished with an openable and closable press-in part 10 for a pressure medium and the pressure mechanism 12 is detachable to the press-in part 10. The water tank readily provides a hydraulic-pressure environment in which caught deep-sea organisms live even at a limited place such as a place on a boat, etc., and is convenient for transporting and rearing deep-sea organisms, is compact, has excellent transportability and easily deals with installation and storage in a narrow space such as the inside of a boat, etc.
