    • PURPOSE:To change resistance value well in response to the specified deformation state by mixing and dispersing respectively specified elastomer particles, conductive particles, and hollow elastic micro spheres in a non-conductive elastomer. CONSTITUTION:Elastomer particles with 10-300mum particle size, conductive particles with 1-40mum particle size, and hollow elastic microspheres with 10-150mum particle size are mixed and dispered in a non-conductive elastomer. If necessary, an elastomer mainly containing silicone rubber or liquid silicone rubber with silicone varnish and silicone raw rubber or an silicone adhesive mainly consisting of them is used as the non-conductive elastomer. Consequently, the hardness becoming high due to the mixing of the conductive particles can be lowered and the maximum limit of expansion degree and rubber elasticity are increased, so that this deformable conductive elastomer is prevented from becoming fragile.

    • PURPOSE:To make continuous manufacture possible by continuously feeding a compression molding roll with a long film of thermoplastic resin, charging silicone gel in a hollow body molded of continuously feeding a compression molding roll with a long film of thermoplastic resin, and unifying a thermoplastic resin sheet clad with a separate adhesive on one side and this film in one by means of deposition. CONSTITUTION:Plural numbers of male molds 6 and female molds 7 for molding a hollow body 5 are installed on each of outer circumferential surfaces 3a, 4a, and a compression molding roll 8 with two heated rolls 3, 4 are manufactured. When a long film 1 consisting of thermoplastic resin is fed to the feed-in side, the hollow body 5 is continuously molded, and liquid silicone gel is charged in this hollow body 5 and then it is heated and hardened. On the other hand, a sheet 11 consisting of the thermoplastic resin and an adhesive with a peeling sheet 12 are pressed and stacked together, mating the upper side of the film with the underside of the sheet 11, and they are passed through a heat roll 17, unifying both by mean of deposition. Thus, a buffer body 18 continuously formed is cut half after having the peeling sheet 12 left behind.
