摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide-based resin belt which can realize accurate transfer in a color image forming device, and by which a transferred image of a high quality can stably be obtained for a long period of time, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This polyimide-based resin belt has a dielectric constant in a range of 7 to 12, and in the isotropic dielectric constant in the direction of a plane, the maximum value of an index: MOR-c which indicates the anisotropy of the dielectric constant in the direction of the plane is 1.2 or lower. The polyimide-based resin belt is manufactured by three processes. (1) In the first process, a liquid material for which a conductive filler is evenly dispersed is coated into an even thickness by a spraying method on the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical mold which rotates by centrifugal acceleration which is about 0.5 to 5.0 times of gravitational acceleration. (2) In the second process, a membrane of which the non-volatile component concentration is 35 wt.% or higher is formed by heating the cylindrical mold at a temperature of approximately 100 to 140°C while the cylindrical mold is being rotated at the centrifugal acceleration which is about 0.5 to 5.0 times of the gravitational acceleration. (3) In the third process, the membrane is heated at approximately 250°C or higher under a state in which the membrane is adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical mold.
