摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate and cut a thin material body of high adhesiveness by comprising a separating means for separating stacked thin material bodies by horizontally displacing the thin material bodies moving from a lower part to an upper part, and an adsorption pad for adsorbing the separated uppermost thin material body for cutting the same. SOLUTION: This separating and cutting device 100 in which a cassette including a plurality of IC cards 20 is set, is formed in such manner that the IC cards 20 are successively pushed up by an elevator mechanism 110 installed inside thereof, and the cassette 10 is positioned and fixed by fixing rollers 120, 122. A claw part 130 provided with a plurality of air blow communication openings inside thereof and a base part 132 are inserted into the cassette 10 at an upper part of the cassette 10, and a plurality of IC cards 20 are horizontally displaced by the action of the air blown out from the claw part 130. Then the separated uppermost IC card is sucked by an suction pad 134 to be cut.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an inspection miss, to accurately judge the existence of a defect element and to remove the defective element. SOLUTION: Since a work 50 on a loading table 2 is positioned on a prescribed position by a positioning mechanism 4 and an inspection tool 19 is inserted into each oil line of the positioned work 50 by a tool inserting mechanism 20, the generation of an inspection miss can be prevented. Since the device is provided with an image processing part 41 for judging the existence of a defective element from the inspection image of the tool 19, it is unnecessary to judge the defective element by a manual method like conventional technique, so that the defect element can be accurately detected by executing the inspection under a fixed reference. Since the image processing part 41 judges the defective element based on the shape and size of the work 50, the defective element can be accurately judged independently of the sort of the work 50 and the reliability of the inspection device can be improved.

The joining mechanism part and the driving mechanism part are arranged parallelly so that the revolving shaft of the chuck 34 is in parallel with the revolving axial line of the motor.

When the rotary electric machine is constituted in such a way, pulsating magnetic fluxes which pass though the magnetic bridges 18 can be suppressed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize accurate etching by making etching amount on a surface of a wafer uniform. CONSTITUTION:Etchant liquid 8 held at a predetermined temperature by a constant-temperature tank 7 is circulated between the tank 7 and an overflowing tank 2. The liquid 8 overflows at an upper part of the tank 2, and a wafer 1 is etched by slightly bringing the wafer 1 supported horizontally by a vacuum chuck 12 into contact with surface of the liquid 8. In this case, the wafer 1 supported by the chuck 12 is normally and reversely rotated and horizontally reciprocated rightward and leftward compositely. The etched wafer 1 is moved to an overflowing tank 9 adjacent to the tank 2 at a high speed to be quenched.

When a pump 5 is moved downward to the guide rail 2a of a storing container 2, the guide 10 is moved downward while the downward movement of the pump 5 is followed in a state that its stay 10a mounts on the upper wheel 5a of the pump 5, and it is suspended at the place of a stopper 10b. And only the pump 5 then goes down, and it smoothly lands on the rail 2a. And the guide 10 goes upward while following the movement of the pump 5 in a state that the stay 10a mounts on the upper wheel 5a as the pump 5 goes upward. The upper end of the rail 2a is extended closely up to the ceiling of a concrete building frame 1 at the upper section of the container 2. As for the downward movement of the guide 10, the distance L2 between the lower end of the guide rail 10 and the upper end of the rail 2 is constituted so as to be smaller than the distance L1 between the lower wheel 5b and the wheel 5a of the pump 5.

When data to be processed by the operator are not a postal card, printing processing is directly started from the setting of a printing condition. Since the operator can check the document format of a postal card displayed on the upper right part of the display screen, misprinting due to the missetting of paper on the printer can be reduced.
