    • PURPOSE: To provide a steering support high in the freedom of assembling order in relation to other members to be assembed to a reinforcement while improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A steering support 1 is constituted of an upper member 2, a first lower member 3, a second lower member 4 and a reinforcing member 5. The upper member 2 has a body fitting member 21 and a circular upper recessed part 22. The first lower member 3 has a bottom face part 31 and both side face parts 32, 33. Both side face parts 32, 33 are provided with flange parts 32a, 33a extended in the longitudinal direction, and circular lower recessed parts are formed at the flange parts 32a, 33a. The first tower member 3 is welded in face contact with the upper member 2, and the whole periphery of a reinforcement 6 is fixed by the lower recessed parts of the first lower member 3 and the cutout 22 of the upper member 2. The second lower member 4 is of almost the same constitution as the first lower member 3 but thinner in plate thickness than the first lower member 3.

    • PURPOSE:To provide sufficient seal properties, and to enable connection to be easily released after the connection. CONSTITUTION:A joint structure 10 for pipes is composed of first and second pipes 1, 2 and a clamp 3. First and second curl parts 1a, 2a are formed on the first and second pipes 1, 2 and faced to each other. A circumferential groove 5 provided on the clamp 3 is composed of first and second groove formed surfaces 5a, 5b whose distance is narrowed outward in the radial direction from the inner peripheral side. When a bolt of the clamp 3 is tightened, the first curl part 1a is pressed to the second curl part 2a side by the first groove formed part 5a, and the second curl part 2a is pressed to the first curl part 1a side by the second groove formed surface 5b, thereby both curl parts 1a, 2a are brought in strong-contact with each other, and adhesiveness and seal properties are improved. When the bolt of the clamp 3 is loosened, the first and second pipes 1, 2 are easily separated from each other.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the condensation of a blow-by gas in a bending reflux pipe owing to a temperature drop effectively by penetrating at least one line of inner pipe in a large diameter outer pipe, letting flow an engine cooling water in the outer pipe, while letting flow a blow-by gas in the inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a blow-by gas reflux pipe to recirculate a blow-by gas leaked in a crankcase to an engine suction pipe, a small diameter of inner pipe 2 bending in the same form as an outer pipe 1 is inserted to a larger diameter of bending outer pipe 1. While a blow-by gas is let flow in the inner pipe 2, a high temperature of engine cooling water is let flow in the peripheral outer pipe 1. The middle parts of the inner pipe 2 and the outer pipe 1 other than their ends are not necessary to contact in particular, but they may be laser welded at an adequate position. By such a constitution, a temperature drop of the blow-by gas flowing through the inner pipe 2 is prevented effectively.
