    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive luminous intensity measuring instrument which continuously measures the concentration of ozone water by a simple constitution.
      SOLUTION: The luminous intensity measuring instrument is equipped with one light source (2) wherein light is separated in two directions, a measuring cell (3) for permitting one of the separated lights to pass, a measuring detector (S1) for detecting the intensity of transmitted light passed through the measuring cell (3) as a DC electric signal, a comparing detector (S2) for detecting the insensity of the other one of the separated lights as a DC electric signal, a luminous intensity measuring means (H) and a logarithmic transformation means (T). The luminous intensity measuring means (H) and the logarithmic transformation means (T) use an electric and/or electronic circuit not having the arithmetic means of a computer to perform automatic correction and logarithmic transformation. By this constitution, this luminous intensity measuring instrument becomes an inexpensive and simple constitution because no computer is used. Further, it is unnecessary to interrupt operation for the purpose of correction because of automatic orrection, and continuous measurement enabled.

A supply device main body 50 for CNG is formed by connecting these modules adjacent three- dimensionally or on a plane. A CNG supply conduit for supplying CNG to a vehicle is arranged in a first underground pit 7. A tip 5a of the CNG supply conduit provided with a filling coupler 6 is formed by a flexible hose and is stored in a take-out pit 7b having door members 10a, 10b capable of being opened and closed on the ground surface so as to take it out.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earth and sand remover with a simple structure capable of efficiently removing earth and sand without impairing a fragile buried substance such as a glass bottle or the like and a method for unearthing a buried substance making use thereof.
      SOLUTION: The earth and sand remover is equipped with an excavating suction nozzle 4 connected through a cyclon and a vacuum hose provided to a suction course of a vacuum suction blower. The excavating suction nozzle 4 fixes a circular member 9 to the front end through an air inlet 7. A plurality of spikes 10 are circularly arranged to the circular member 9 towards the direction thrusting them into the ground surface. The excavating suction nozzle 4 is made to forward and reverse around the axis to absorb earth and sand while scratching and loosening the ground surface with the spikes 10 to enable the earth and sand to efficiently remove by preventing the closing of a suction inlet 5 without impairing the buried substance.
