摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diamond electrode which has an electroconductive diamond film with adequate adhesiveness formed on the surface of a substrate metal, and inhibits the electroconductive diamond film from being peeled off from the electrode substrate; a production method therefor; and an ozone-generating device which can generate ozone of high concentration for a long period of time, by using the diamond electrode as an anode. SOLUTION: This diamond electrode includes the electrode substrate which is formed from the substrate metal selected from pure Ti, a Ti alloy, pure Nb and pure Ta, and the electroconductive diamond film which is formed by doping boron into the surface of the electrode substrate; and has a hydride of substrate metal species formed in the interface of the electrode substrate and the electroconductive diamond film. An intensity ratio of a main peak of the hydride to a main peak of the substrate metal, which are obtained from X-ray diffraction measurement, is 0.1 to 3.0. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
