    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an effect of a stroke in a multiline detector array through a reduced feed and structure improvement.
      SOLUTION: A multi-array detector module structure includes a housing 3, a bottom plate 7 connected fixedly to a lower end of the housing, and the multiline detector array 1 comprising a plurality of detectors. An attaching frame 4 including an upper layer plate 4a and a lower layer plate 4b is arranged in the bottom plate 7, and the multiline detector array 1 includes two lines of outer circumferential detector arrays 1a, 1b fixed respectively onto the upper layer plate 4a and the lower layer plate 4b of the attaching frame 4, and at least one line of intermediate detector array 1c provided between the two lines of outer circumferential detector arrays, and fixed onto the two lines of outer circumferential detector arrays. Heavy metal sheets 5 are arranged among the plurality of detector arrays in the multiline detector array 1. Heavy metal plate 6 are also arranged among the two lines of outer circumferential detector arrays, and the upper layer plate 4a and the lower layer plate 4b of the attaching frame 4, so as to reduce an influence of scattering.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed imaging/inspecting facility and a method of a moving target which implement high-speed inspection of the target moving within a fixed speed range, and significantly reduce the inspection time.
      SOLUTION: The high-speed imaging/inspecting facility of the moving target is provided with a path for passing the moving target; a scanning/imaging apparatus for emitting a radiation beam to the moving target passing through the path so as to image and inspect the moving target; a first detection unit for determining whether the moving target enters into the path and counting the number of times, when the moving target enters into the path; and a second detection unit for measuring a moving speed of the moving target within the path. The high-speed imaging/inspecting facility controls the second detection unit, based on a detection signal received from the first detection unit and indicating the moving object entering into the path so as to detect the moving speed of the moving target, controls the scanning/imaging apparatus, based on a measured result from the second detection unit so as to emit the radiation beam, at a frequency corresponding to the speed of the moving object, and inspects the moving target.
