    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the demand that the conventional endoscope image has a narrow range of view and should be enlarged so as to include more tissues around it. SOLUTION: The medical image processing system includes an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 10 and an endoscope 12. The endoscope 12 will produce endoscopic images in a traditional way. In the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, arithmetic operation will be done on a processing start plane across the original point of observation and on a plurality of visual lines starting from the processing start plane. Then rendering will be done for the respective visual lines. By this, an ultrasonic image will be constructed. A coordinate operation will be done in reference to the coordinate data output from coordinate operation parts 24 and 54.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated analysis system which is capable of efficiently narrowing down genes in accordance with a plurality of ChIP on Chip experiments and gene expression experiment results by integrating ChIP on Chip data and gene expression data as data easy to interpret per gene. SOLUTION: An area identification part 31 determines binding states of transcription factors per gene, and a gene expression determination part 32 determines expression states per gene, and determination results are stored in a determination result storage device 33. A gene selection part 41 selects genes meeting a selection condition on the basis of the determination results stored in the determination result storage device 33 and sends a list of selected genes to a result integrating part 42 and a gene list storage device 43.
