摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus performing a safe and sure laser therapy imposing little burden on a human body by accurately acquiring the blood flow of an observation site, a distance from the distal end of a fiber scope to the observation site, and the temperature of the observation site. SOLUTION: A measuring instrument 300 irradiates a measurement laser light with the wavelength of 780 nm to the observation site. A reflected laser light is reflected from the observation site and enters the measuring instrument. The reflected laser light is guided by a photodetector 314 provided in the measuring instrument 300 and outputs a measurement signal according to the intensity of the reflected laser light. An image processor 430 commands the output level of the therapeutic laser light to a therapeutic laser device 410 according to the measurement signal.
