    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser probe for a binocular type three-dimensional endoscope preventing the application of a large burden to operator's eyes and surely acquiring the position of a distal end portion of a laser probe when using the laser probe. SOLUTION: This laser probe 50, which has a pair of objective lenses LL and LR and an opening hole 18 of a probe channel 20 at the distal end face of the insertion portion 12 and is extracted/retracted relative to the probe channel of the binocular type three-dimensional endoscope 10, is further provided with a non-translucent covering material 64 for covering the distal end circumferential face of a light guide fiber 61, and a translucent covering material 63 for covering a part continuing to the distal end portion of the circumferential face of the light guide fiber.
