SOLUTION: The cell strain is transformed with the drug metabolism enzyme gene such as P450 3A4, etc., and the ammonia metabolism enzyme gene such as the glutamine synthase gene, etc., especially a human liver-derived cell strain such as HepG2 cell strain. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing ligands effectively screening ligands (antibodies, or the like) at a practical level from a ligand library and to provide a ligand production system realizing the method.
